FounderWith over five years of experience in the cannabis industry, I bring a strategic, compliance-driven approach to cannabis banking. In my current role as a Relationship Manager, I specialize in helping cannabis businesses navigate the unique challenges of financial services—offering transparent, secure, and scalable banking solutions tailored to a rapidly evolving industry. My career began in operations and client relations as an administrator for a barrel cooperage, where I built a strong foundation in logistics, business processes, and customer service. That experience now informs my work in cannabis banking, where I focus on building trusted partnerships and supporting long-term financial growth for clients in a highly regulated space.

I am a dedicated professional with over two years of hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, specializing in cultivation, licensing, regulatory compliance, cannabis payment systems, customer service, and digital marketing. My diverse skill set enables me to support both the operational and strategic sides of cannabis businesses. I’m passionate about helping to reshape the public perception of the cannabis industry, which is often misunderstood, by promoting professionalism, education, and responsible practices. I strive to contribute to the industry's growth through innovation, integrity, and customer-centric solutions.
Prior to entering the cannabis space, I served as a Starbucks manager, where I developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, team leadership, and operational efficiency. This experience made me a specialist in customer thought processes and taught me how to scale a business through consistent service, strong branding, and employee development. The skills I gained in that fast-paced, customer-focused environment continue to inform my approach to growing successful, sustainable businesses in the cannabis industry.
